Dream 962 – Foxes and Fires

Dear Father,

It’s difficult to believe it has been a year since the unfolding of the end of Jeff’s journey here on Earth occurred. It seems that each day which comes and goes brings with it another marker and another memory. I never imagined how any of this would look a year ago today. But Father, I’m grateful to You for Your divine intervention. With Your help, Your angels and the police, the three of us and two dogs are still alive to testify to the miraculous protection over us this very day, one year ago.

This all could’ve taken a different turn. A massive fire had been planned and the enemy strategized my death–all without me even knowing it. You sent signs and wonders, Father, so we were able to ready ourselves and pray, but we truly had no clue as to the magnitude of the lurking troubles.

I’m thankful and grateful, Father. If there had been something I could’ve done, You would’ve told me. Sometimes–well, most of the time–we are powerless in this life.

My dream last night was disturbing.

Sub-dream 1 “Foxes Carrying Fires to the Vineyards” begins…

I saw over an area from the position of a drone or plane. It was the summer season. I saw beautiful vineyards of ripe grapes ready to be harvested. The landscape was so lush and the area looked like Tuscany or even California’s Napa Valley, I couldn’t tell. As I could see over the area, I saw weddings being celebrated in the vineyards and great elaborate receptions. I could see over Europe, the regions of Italy, France, Spain and Portugal. It was beautiful and peaceful. Then I could see the U.S. and Canada. Again, there were vineyards and weddings with grand celebrations.

Then I saw a leader with his army in red.

The leader was furious. He slammed a tablet down on a conference table. He was angry about a leader to the West. I didn’t understand the language but I understood the plot. Something to the effect of humbling the proud by fire. He ordered foxes–spies? I’m not sure, but what I saw bothered me because it felt like it was actually happening.

He called his army to start some fires in his own country to understand the art of war using fire and report that wildfires are being fought in his country. Then dropping foxes into the vineyards of the beautiful lands of the proud. So, what I saw were fires coming from foxes who were carrying fire. They burned the beautiful places and destroyed the crops and estates of the wealthy land owners.

I saw something strange with a strange label, but it caused lines of fire and burned in rows. It was called something like, “Epic Fire Fox”, or “Fox Fire Fury”. It began in Canada, then Europe, then the USA. Areas which never used to burn–now burned.

When leaders looked to the Red Army, the leader said, “It’s not us, we have our own fires to fight”. False fires–practice fires. Then the Red Army, working with the Black Dragon, declared they are humbling the proud and their land. Meanwhile, the armies of our country were fighting a foreign war over oil. I heard, “Do not harm the oil! Do not harm the wine!”

To the North, the Chaldeans warned the fighters that the Red Army was coming like a fire from the North. Their spies said they are strategically stalling time and wasting the resources so they will be unable to protect their own borders, cities and homes to the West. I heard, “Stop them! Arm the Chaldeans!”

Sub-dream 1 over…

This morning I woke up to ten alerts on my phone from various fires surrounding Central Oregon. I then could see what is happening near my hometown up north and Spokane, Washington. I saw fires in Kelowna, B.C., Canada and Prince George. I looked to Europe and saw fires in Greece and the Bordeaux region of Spain and France, but didn’t see anything else.

Father, is there more to come?

Today I watered the plants outside and for the first time I smelled fall here, since we weren’t here last summer. We had a few emergencies this week and signs to let us know to pray. Our battles are ongoing. Caspian had a damaged eye and I needed to take him to the hospital on Friday, but they determined it was not scratched and likely an infection. Today with medicine, his eye is on the mend, thank You, Father. I went to You on my knees several times last week and each time You answered! Praise You, Father, in all things!

Jesus: “I’m here, Erin, I’m with you. The voice you hear is Mine, do not worry.”

Me: “Lord, sometimes I become scared. I remember things. My life now is so different and looking back I wonder if I didn’t always take Your warnings seriously. Maybe I could’ve prayed better or longer or fasted with greater fervor.”

Jesus: “Erin, ‘Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom’, is often misunderstood. You must understand the power of God over all things and be in awe of His wonder, this is true. But it doesn’t mean to avoid Me, the Lord, for fear of what comes. Understand? Do not be in fear of Me, the One who died for you. The One who loves you and cares for you. The One who cherishes you as a Groom to His Bride. I am not to be avoided. My Father sent Me for relationship, not to be a harsh punisher. To understand this, is the beginning of wisdom.”

Me: “I am afraid of myself, Lord. The ‘self’ issue or ‘fear of sin’!”

Jesus: “It is good to fear sin, then you understand to flee it and avoid it. My Word is Truth, err to Truth and lean to it in all things and darkness flees.

“Now, your dream. This gives you insight into the art of war. The enemy is not effective without strategy and planning. So, as a child of God and Bride, wisdom is proved right by her actions. So, pray. Prayer can shift the winds and faith can move mountains. The enemy can use foxes and fires to destroy all that you see, but he can never destroy the light you carry–the flame in you is Me.”

Me: “Stop them, Lord, don’t let the enemy succeed in their plans.”

Jesus: “The battle is as old as time, Erin. There is nothing new under the sun. There is beauty in God’s creation and the enemy seeks to destroy all the beauty with ashes. His time is running short, so by proxy he commands his army concerning the children of God to destroy them in all they do. This is why you see evil prosper and children of God have troubles of many kinds. But take heart because greater are those who are with you and I send concerning you than he who is in the world.

“Remember, the things of this world perish and will one day be no more, but You will be with Me in eternity and there in paradise. I have made a beautiful place for you and you will sing praises in peace and joy. But, Erin, if nothing bad happened in this life, then who would care about eternity? If it were like the Garden of Eden, who would care to find Me?”

Me: “You are right, Lord.”

Jesus: “So, Erin, the enemy creates a diversion, then attacks you in a way which you can’t distinguish where it came from. So you ask, ‘Did God send it? Did I cause it? Did I sin?’ You can focus so much attention that you fail to see that the diversion was sent to cause chaos but it was enemy strategy. You can’t wield your weapons properly if you don’t know where the shots are fired from and who is sending them.”

Me: “But isn’t that the enemy?”

Jesus: “Of course, but which one? Fire is used to destroy territory resources and cause great upheaval. A man could be financially secure one moment and all could be lost in minutes so this is why I am here. I am mighty to save and My recompense is with Me and I bring this to you. So, pray. Now there of course are hidden enemies but no matter what, I am over all things and I see. False reports are sent to confuse many. I will give you discernment to know the difference between truth and lies.”

Me: “Lord, in the book of Judges, Samson lit the foxes tails on fire and sent them into the fields of the enemy’s provisions and burned them. Is the Red Army leader doing this?”

Jesus: “Be cautious when given a dream to understand there could be multiple layers. Simple and more complex future events. What are your thoughts?”

Me: “Well, it seems the Red and Black Dragons have teamed up and the Red is behind the scenes setting fires to burn up our resources, sending spies like foxes to burn up our freedoms, our government and our wealth. They are stealing behind the curtain. The Black Dragon isn’t hiding anymore. They are telling us what they plan to do. Communism, a godless society, the persecution of Jews and Christians. They are talking about burning everything down.”

Jesus: “Believe what they tell you their plans are. God’s plans are greater but understand they are telling you their plans, so pray against these. They don’t care about the vineyards or the burning destruction of the lands. Their very book is a playbook. My Word is greater–this is your playbook! It is your greatest weapon of war and My gift to you. Read actual pages and there I will illuminate truth in each word.”

Me: “Lord, I read Judges 15 about Samson and the foxes.”

Jesus: “Yes, but you are missing the greatest point of this. The Spirit of the Lord–the strength of God–came upon him and Samson became like a lion, but even greater and placed fear in the hearts of Philistines. Remember, this was a time in which the Philistines controlled Judah. But what does the enemy do? He sends a great distraction to lure Samson to his death. So read and take lessons from the Word.”

Me: “Lord, we live in scary times.”

Jesus: “Yes, but I am here. I’m with you. Press into Me, I will give you peace and rest. I’m here, Erin. I haven’t left you, not once and I never will. I promise you.”

Me: “Thank You, Lord. I love you.”

Jesus: “I love you more.”
