Dream 949 – Lost & Found

Communion

Dear Father,

Thank You for another day here! Thank You for all You have done! Thank You for the great day of repentance and entering the cleansing stream yesterday, what a blessing!

As such, our household has been under attacks here. Please keep us and hold us! Be the covering over us in all things. Last night I fell into such a deep sleep. I slept through until the morning, yet this morning I’ve been so exhausted.

Sub-dream 1 “Seattle and the Thief” begins…

My daughter and I were driving into a city. It was the downtown highway in Seattle. At one point, I let my daughter out at a friends home. I was then alone on the freeway. There was a toll booth with police officers.

The road had two exits, a left one which dropped downward and a right one which went upward and to the east of the city. In front of me was a homeless man on a bike, trying to keep me from my destination. I could see there was a strange protest or uprising to my right.

I ended up having to pull over at the toll booth to pay but was too far from the pay window. When I went to pay, I had to open my door to step out. Just then, the man on the bike came from behind me, knocked me down and jumped into my drivers seat and drove off with my car. My purse fell out with me on the ground. I got up and pleaded to the police to help me. They called me to the booth. An officer told me, “Give me your phone. He hasn’t made it too far and you hold the keys”.

I went to grab my phone and realized I had a phone I didn’t recognize in order to track my car. It took the police hours to help me and finally my car showed up and I was able to leave. But it wasn’t the same anymore.

I picked up my daughter and we drove a long way home. The thief had found my address and let himself in with my garage door opener. He had gone through my things, but wasn’t interested in anything and left. But he had been there. I felt differently about my home too. I began to cry when I woke up.

Sub-dream 1 over…

Father, there seems to be an oppressive spirit still left. Please help me to find this and root it out! In Jesus Mighty Name!

Jesus: “I’m here. I am with you, Erin, and I have never left you. Do not worry or have fear as this is the plan of the enemy. If he can distract you and even throw you down then he is able to steal your joy and security in who I am.

“Remember the story of the prodigal son. This is the story of this generation, Erin. They are rebellious and even ask for their blessings, their inheritance in full so they can take it and be apart from the Father who loves them and sacrificed everything to give them a place with Him. When they go out into the world, they become slaves to it and even dine with swine. But even pigs don’t share their provision. So then a wise son remembers his father’s house and longs to be even a servant in His home, because he is hungry and starved for his father and the old way. He humbles himself so he returns. While he is still walking in the distance, the father recognizes his lost son and felt compassion upon him, and ran and embraced him and kissed him. The son said, ‘Father, I have sinned against Heaven and before you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son’. But what did the father do next?”

Me: “The father said to his servants, ‘Bring me quickly the best robe for him and put a ring on his hand and shoes on his feet, and bring the fattened calf and kill it and let us eat and celebrate this. My son was dead and is alive again; he was lost and now is found’. And they began to celebrate.” (Luke 15:11-32)

Jesus: “Yes, Erin, this is this generation. They are lost and the enemy fights relentlessly to rob, steal and destroy them so they are unable to enter into the presence of the Father. The robe is a covering of royalty. A signet ring symbolizes authority and union with the king. The shoes are a covering over your steps.

“The dream of your car being stolen represents a vulnerability or chink in your armor which needs reinforcements and prayer. A vulnerability left unchecked can snowball as you call it, and become a much larger issue than just not pulling up closer to the toll booth or pressing into the Word I give you and praying more. Rolling down the window to offer a toll is far better than opening your driver’s door to a thief.”

Me: “You are so wise, Lord. Our President had another assassination attempt at a dinner last night, but the killer was subdued.”

Jesus: “God determines a mans days, not the enemy. But, this is an excellent example of an unchecked entrance in–an open door of sorts in which evil can enter with the desire to kill and destroy. This time the wicked did not prevail on their course but, it effected all who were in attendance–both those for and those against the intended target. It bonded them in fear and many prayed under tables and were humbled. None were hurt except those whose job were to protect.”

Me: “This is an analogy, Lord. You allowed this to humble the proud.”

Jesus: “Of course, soft hearts turns their faces to Heaven. So these things can be as warnings to the proud. God is in control, not man.”

Me: “Lord, the world is becoming more scary.”

Jesus: “Yes, it is written but, do not be afraid I have overcome the world! Great will be your reward. You are like the son who has never left the father. You work diligently in the field. You serve me. What did the father say? ‘Son, you are always with me and all that is mine is yours’. Please understand what I have said here. Erin, I do not need to give you a symbolic coat, ring or new shoes. You are with Me fully. Whatever you ask Me for, it will be given. Whatever you pray earnestly for, it will be done for you. I have given you full authority and the son is like the father. You walk in My fields and work them. Then don’t you also enjoy the harvest with Me?”

Me: “Lord, I never thought of this.”

Jesus: “So pray. You were once lost and you were found by Me. Now you are Mine. I delight in you!”
